One of our favorite ways to get friends together is homemade pizza night!
We use this gas pizza oven, and once you get the hang of it, you can have a pizza cooked in about 6 minutes. We usually grab fresh pizza dough from the grocery store, set out all the toppings, grate several blocks of mozzarella, and let everyone make their own.
One little warning: there is definitely a learning curve. It takes a little practice getting the dough, temperature, and timing right.
We also quickly learned that a long-handled pizza peel makes the whole process much easier.
If you enjoy casual entertaining, this turns dinner into an activity. We’ve really enjoyed ours.
